Proofing Group

Spelling & Grammar (F7)

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग फाइल में अनकरेक्ट स्पेलिंग अथवा ग्रामर को पहचान कर उन्हें सही करने के लिए किया जाता है|
This option is used to identify uncorrected spelling or grammar in the file and correct them.

Research (Alt+Click)

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग पर्यावाची और विलोम शब्द ढूढ़ने के लिए करते है|
This option is used to find synonyms and antonyms.

Thesaurus (Shift+F7)

इस ऑप्शन का भी प्रयोग पर्यावाची और विलोम शब्द ढूढ़ने के लिए करते है| लेकिन इसमें भाषा डिफ़ॉल्ट ही होती है|
This option is also used to find synonyms and antonyms. But language is the default.

Translate

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग इंग्लिश भाषा के शब्द France अथवा Spanish में बदलने के लिए करते  है|
This option is used to change the English language words to France or Spanish.

Set Language

इस ऑप्शन से वर्ड प्रोग्राम की भाषा बदली जाती है जिसमे वह स्पेलिंग और ग्रामर का कार्य समझता है|
With this option, the language of the word program is changed, in which it understands the function of spelling and grammar.

Word Count (Ctrl+Shift+G)

इस ऑप्शन से फाइल में पेज, पैराग्राफ, लाइन, अक्षर की गिनती देखी जाती है|
With this option, the page, paragraph, line, letter count are seen in the file.

Comments Group

New Comment

इस ऑप्शन से किसी शब्द अथवा वाक्य से सम्बंधित कमेंट टेक्स्ट पेज की दायी ओर लिखा जाता है|
With this option, a comment text related to a word or sentence is written on the right side of the page.

Delete

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग किसी सिलेक्टेड कमेंट को डिलीट करने के लिए करते है|
This option is used to delete a selected comment.

Previous

इस ऑप्शन से हम वर्तमान कमेंट से पिछली कमेंट पर पहुंचते है|
With this option, we arrive at the previous comment from the current comment.

Next

इस ऑप्शन से हम वर्तमान कमेंट से अगली कमेंट पर पहुंचते है|
With this option, we move from the current comment to the next comment.

Tracking Group

Track Change(Ctrl+Shift+E)

इस ऑप्शन को एक्टिवेट करने के बाद फाइल  जाने वाला बदलाव पता चल जाता है|
After activating this option, the change going to the file is known.

Balloons

इस ऑप्शन से Comments  अथवा Track changes को पेज के दायी ओर बैलून्स की आकृति में देखने  और छुपाने के लिए करते है|
With this option, you can view or hide the changes in the shape of balloons on the right side of the page.

Show Markups

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग कमैंट्स या अन्य मार्कअप को Hide/Show करने के लिए किया जाता है|
This option is used to hide / show comments or other markup.

Reviewing Pane 

इस ऑप्शन से कमैंट्स अथवा ट्रैक चेंज को Reviewing Pane में दिखाया जाता है|
Comments or track changes from this option are shown in the Reviewing Pane.

Changes Group

Accept

Track Change ऑप्शन Activate करने के बाद फाइल में किये गए बदलाव  को फाइल परमानेंट रखने के लिए Changes को  Accept कर सकते है|
After activating the Track Change option, the changes made in the file can be accepted by Changes to keep the file permanent.

Reject

Track Change ऑप्शन Activate करने के बाद फाइल में किये गए बदलाव  को फाइल से  परमानेंट हटाने के लिए Changes को  Reject  कर सकते है|
After activating the Track Change option, the changes made in the file can be rejected by Changes to remove the permanent from the file.

Compare Group

Compare

इस ऑप्शन से MS Word की कोई दो फाइल को Compare किया जाता है|
Any  files of MS Word are compared with this option.

Show Document Source

इस ऑप्शन से Compared File का View बदला जाता है|
View of Compared File is changed with this option.

Protect Group

Protect Document

इस ऑप्शन से फाइल के Data को पासवर्ड की मदद से Protect  करते है जिसके बाद उसमे बदलाव ना किया जा सके|
With this option, the data of the file is protected with the help of a password, after which it cannot be changed.
