View Tab 

व्यू टैब में उन ऑप्शन्स को रखा गया है जिनसे प्रोग्राम विंडो में कुछ न कुछ Show अथवा Hide किया जाता है ये ऑप्शन्स निम्न है

In the view tab, those options are placed from which the program window is shown or hidden by these options. -

Documents View  Group

Print Layout

इस व्यू में डॉक्यूमेंट फाइल पेज में बंट जाती है जैसे वह प्रिंट होते है| इसमें दो रूलर बार दिखती है|
In this view, the document file is divided into pages as they are printed. It shows two ruler bars.

Full Screen Reading

इस व्यू  का प्रयोग फाइल को किताब की तरह पढ़ने के लिए किया जाता है| इसमें कोई रूलर बार नहीं होती| और इसमें एडिटिंग नहीं की जा सकती है|
This view is used to read the file like a book. There is no ruler bar in it. And it cannot be edited.

Web Layout

इस व्यू में हम ये  देख सकते है की हमारी डॉक्यूमेंट फाइल इंटरनेट के पेज पर कैसी दिखेगी| इसमें केवल एक रूलर बार होती है|
In this view, we can see how our document file will look on the Internet page. It has only one ruler bar.

Outline

इस व्यू में फाइल में लिखे पैराग्राफ पर बुलेट पॉइंट्स सेट हो जाते है| यह  डॉक्यूमेंट का सबसे बड़ा व्यू होता है| इसमें कोई रूलर बार नहीं होता|
In this view, bullet points are set on the paragraphs written in the file. This document has the largest view. There is no ruler bar in it.

Draft

यह व्यू Wordpad में दिखाई देने जैसे व्यू होता है| इसमें एक रूलर बार दिखाई देता है|
This view is the same as seen in Word pad. Only one  ruler bar appears in it.

Show/Hide Group

Ruler

इस ऑप्शन पर चेक करने से रूलरबार Show/Hide किये जाते है| 
 By checking on this option shows/hide the ruler bar.

Document Map

इस ऑप्शन पर चेक करने से डॉक्यूमेंट मैप  Show/Hide किया जाता  है| जिसमे सभी हेडिंग्स और सब-हैडिंग दिखाई जाती है|
By checking on this option shows/hide Document Map. In which all headings and sub-headings are shown.

Grid-lines

इस ऑप्शन पर चेक करने से पेज पर ग्रिड लाइन्स  Show/Hide की जाती है|
By checking on this option shows Show/Hide grid lines on the page.

Thumbnails

इस ऑप्शन पर चेक करने से Pages का Thumbnail साइज  प्रोग्राम विंडो में बायीं ओर Show/Hide किया जाता है|
By checking this option, the Thumbnail size of Pages is Show/Hide on the left side in the program window.

Zoom Group

Zoom

इस ऑप्शन से पेज की ज़ूमिंग कम या ज्यादा की जाती है|
With this option, the zooming of the page is done more or less.

100%

इस ऑप्शन से पेज की ज़ूमिंग 100% पर सेट की जाती है|
With this option the page zooming is set to 100% (Default Zooming).

One Page

इस ऑप्शन से पेज की ज़ूमिंग इतनी हो जाती है जिसमे एक पूरा पेज स्क्रीन पर दिखाई दे|
With this option, the zooming of the page is done so that an entire one page is visible on the screen.

Two Pages

इस ऑप्शन से पेज की ज़ूमिंग इतनी हो जाती है जिसमे दो एक साथ पेज स्क्रीन पर दिखाई दे|
With this option, the zooming of the page is done in which two whole pages are visible on the screen.

Page Width

इस ऑप्शन से पेज की ज़ूमिंग इतनी हो जाती है जितनी पेज की चौड़ाई होती है|
With this option, the page zooming is as much as the width of the page.

Window Group

New Window

इस ऑप्शन से फाइल विंडो की डुप्लीकेट विंडो बनायी जाती है|
With this option, duplicate file windows are created.

Arrange All

इस ऑप्शन से सभी डॉक्यूमेंट विंडो एक साथ स्क्रीन पर दिखाई जाती है|
With this option, all document windows are simultaneously displayed on the screen.

Split

इस ऑप्शन से डॉक्यूमेंट विंडो को दो भागों में बाँट देते है|
With this option, we divide the document window into two parts.

View Side by Side

इस ऑप्शन से डॉक्यूमेंट विंडोज को स्क्रीन पर Side by Side एक साथ देख सकते है|
With this option, document windows can be viewed side by side simultaneously on the screen.

Switch Window

इस ऑप्शन से एक डॉक्यूमेंट विंडो से दूसरी डॉक्यूमेंट विंडो में आसानी से पहुंच सकते है|
With this option, you can easily reach from one document window to another document window.

Macros Group

Macro

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग फाइल में किसी एक्टिविटी को रिकॉर्ड करने के लिए करते है जिसके बाद उसे कभी भी चलाया जा सकता है| मैक्रो  की रिकॉर्डिंग देखने के लिए Alt+F8 शार्ट की का प्रयोग कर सकते है|
This option is used to record any activity in the file after which it can be run at any time. You can use Alt + F8 short key to view macro recording.
