Tables Group

इस ऑप्शन में कई और ऑप्शंस होते है होते है जिनके द्वारा स्लाइड पर टेबल इन्सर्ट कर  सकते है अथवा ड्रॉ कर सकते है |

There are many more options in this option, through which you can insert or draw a table to the slide.

Illustrations Group

Picture

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग कम्प्यूटर सिस्टम में उपस्थित पिक्चर सेलेक्ट करके स्लाइड पर जोड़ सकते है | 

Using this option, you can add a picture to a slide by selecting a picture from computer system.

Clip Art

ये भी एक तरह की पिक्चर होती है जो MS Office के साथ आती Office Collection में आती हैं | इन्हे भी सेलेक्ट करके फाइल में जोड़ा जा सकता है | 

This is also a type of picture that comes in the Office Collection that comes with MS Office. These can also be selected and added to the slide.

Photo Album

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग प्रेजेंटेशन में फोटोज का एल्बम बनाने के लिए किया जाता है जिसके लिए कंप्यूटर में उपस्थति पिक्चर्स सेलेक्ट करते है |

This option is used in the presentation to create an album of photos.

Shapes

इस ऑप्शन  तरह की आकृतियाँ मिलती है जिन्हे स्लाइड में जोड़ा जा सकता है और उसके आकर और रूप को इच्छा अनुसार बदला जा सकता है | 

This option provides the different types of shapes that can be added to the slide and we can modify it easily.

SmartArt

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से विशेष प्रकार की आकृतिओं द्वारा सूचना को दर्शाया जाता है | इसमें पिरामिड, साइकिल, हैरारिकल आदि डायग्राम बनाये जा सकते है | 

With the help of this option, information is displayed by special types of shapes. Diagrams like pyramids, bicycles, herbal etc. can be made in it.

Chart

इस  ऑप्शन की मदद से हम किसी डाटा और उसकी वैल्यू का  ग्राफ़िक रूप जैसे-कॉलम चार्ट , पाई चार्ट  आदि तरह के चार्ट बनाये जा सकते है | 

With the help of this option we can create graphical form of data and its value like column chart, pie chart etc.

Links Group

Hyperlink (Ctrl+K)

इस ऑप्शन की मदद हम अपनी फाइल में किसी अन्य  फाइल को लिंक कर सकते है| जो स्लाइड शो के दौरान माउस से क्लिक करने पर खुलेगी| 

With the help of this option, we can link any other file in our file. Which will open when clicked with the mouse during the slide show.

Action

इस ऑप्शन से किसी शेप को सेलेक्ट करके उस शेप पर एक्शन लगाने के लिए करते है जो स्लाइड शो के दौरान एक्शन शो करती है जैसे नेक्स्ट स्लाइड, प्रीवियस स्लाइड , एन्ड शो आदि|

With this option, you select a shape and apply the action to the shape that the action shows during the slide show such as next slide, previous slide, end show, etc.

Text Group

Text Box

इस ऑप्शन से स्लाइड में एक तरह का बॉक्स बनाया जा सकता है जिसमें Text लिखा जा सकता है | 

With this option, a box can be created in the slide in which text can be written.

Header & Footer

Header

ये स्लाइड  की ऊपरी मार्जिन में होता है इसमें हम कोई टेक्स्ट टाइप कर सकते है जो प्रेजेंटेशन  की  प्रत्येक स्लाइड पर जुड़ जायेगा | 

It is in the top margin of the slide, in this we can type any text which will be added on every slide of the file.

Footer 

ये स्लाइड की निचली मार्जिन में होता है इसमें हम कोई टेक्स्ट टाइप कर सकते है और पेज  आदि जोड़ सकते है, जो स्लाइड  के प्रत्येक स्लाइड पर जुड़ जायेगा | 

It is in the lower margin of the slide, in this we can insert any text, slide number, number of slides etc., which will be added on every slide of the file.

Word Art 

ये एक तरह का ग्राफिकल टेक्स्ट होता है जिसकी कई तरह की स्टाइल भी मिलती है | जो प्रोजेक्ट फाइल आदि का कवर पेज बनाये में मदद करता है | 

This is a kind of graphical text, which also has many styles. Which helps in creating the cover page of the project file etc.

Date&Time 

इस ऑप्शन से फाइल में वर्तमान समय और तारीख सीधे जोड़े  जा सकते है | 

With this option, the current time and date can be added directly to the file.

Slide Number 

इस ऑप्शन स्लाइड्स पर स्लाइड नंबर जोड़े जाते है|

Slide numbers are added to this option slides.

Symbol

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से विभिन्न प्रकार की चिन्ह फाइल में जोड़े जा सकते है | 

With the help of this option different types of symbols can be added to the file.

Object

इस ऑप्शन से हम किसी अन्य प्रोग्राम जैसे एक्सेल, पॉवरपॉइंट, नोटपैड, फोटोशॉप आदि में बनायीं गयी फाइल अपनी एम.एस. पॉवरपॉइंट की फाइल में सीधे लाया जा सकता है अथवा उसमे जा कर कार्य किया जा सकता है और फाइल में लाया जा सकता है |

By this option we can add other program's file like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop etc. Or we can Insert already created file of other program then MS PowerPoint.

Media Clips Group

Movie

इस ऑप्शन से हम स्लाइड पर वीडियो क्लिप अथवा एनिमेटेड पिक्चर जोड़ते है| जो स्लाइड शो में दिखानी हों|

With this option we add a video clip or animated picture to the slide, To be shown in the slideshow.

Sound

इस ऑप्शन से स्लाइड पर ऑडियो क्लिप अथवा रिकार्डेड साउंड जोड़ते है जो स्लाइड शो में चलानी हो|

With this option, you add audio clip or recorded sound to the slide which is to be played in the slide show.
