इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग शीट में अनकरेक्ट स्पेलिंग अथवा ग्रामर को पहचान कर उन्हें सही करने के लिए किया जाता है|
This option is used to identify uncorrected spelling or grammar in the sheet and correct them.
Research (Alt+Click)
इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग पर्यावाची और विलोम शब्द ढूंढ कर एक्टिव सेल में इन्सर्ट करने के लिए करते है|
This option is used to insert words in the active cell by finding the words Parvachi and Antonyms.
Thesaurus
इस ऑप्शन का भी प्रयोग पर्यावाची और विलोम शब्द ढूढ़ने के लिए करते है| लेकिन इसमें भाषा डिफ़ॉल्ट ही होती है|
This option is also used to find the words Parvachi and Antonyms. But language is the default.
Translate
इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग इंग्लिश भाषा के शब्द France अथवा Spanish में बदलने के लिए करते है| जिन्हे शीट में इन्सर्ट किया जा सकता है|
This option is used to change the English language words to France or Spanish. Which can be inserted in the sheet.
Comment Group
New Comment (Shift+F2)
इस ऑप्शन से किसी सेल पर कमेंट टेक्स्ट लिखा जाता है|
Comment text is written on a cell with this option.
Delete
इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग एक्टिव सेल की कमेंट को डिलीट करने के लिए करते है|
This option is used to delete the comment of the active cell.
Previous
इस ऑप्शन से हम वर्तमान कमेंट से पिछली कमेंट पर पहुंचते है|
With this option, we arrive at the previous comment from the current comment.
Next
इस ऑप्शन से हम वर्तमान कमेंट से अगली कमेंट पर पहुंचते है|
With this option, we move from the current comment to the next comment.
Show/hide Comment
इस ऑप्शन की मदद से हम एक्टिव सेल की कमेंट को दिखा या छुपा सकते है|
With the help of this option, we can show or hide the comment of the active cell.
Show All Comments
इस ऑप्शन की मदद से हम शीट में लगायी गयी सभी कमेंट को एक साथ दिखा या छुपा सकते है|
With the help of this option, we can show or hide all the comments placed on the sheet simultaneously.Changes Group
Protect Sheet
इस ऑप्शन से शीट के Data को पासवर्ड की मदद से Protect करते है जिसके बाद उसमे बदलवाव ना किया जा सके|
With this option, the data of the sheet is protected with the help of a password, after which it cannot be changed.
Protect Workbook
इस ऑप्शन से वर्कबुक की विंडो को पासवर्ड की मदद से Protect करते है| जिसके बाद वर्कबुक की विंडो के कण्ट्रोल बटन (मिनीमाइज, मैक्सीमाइज़ और क्लोज) छुप जाते है|
With this option, The workbook window is protected with the help of a password. After which the control buttons (minimize, maximize and close) of the workbook window are hidden.
Share Workbook
इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग एक ही समय एक ही वर्कबुक में अलग-अलग लोगो को एक साथ कार्य करने की अनुमति देने के लिए की जाता है|
This option is used to allow different people to work together in the same workbook at the same time.
Track Change
इस ऑप्शन को एक्टिव करने के बाद फाइल में किया जाने वाला बदलाव हाईलाइट हो जाता है, और ये बदलाव अस्थायी होता है| अर्थात इसके बाद इस बदलाव को शीट से रिजेक्ट या एक्सेप्ट कर सकते है|
After activating this option, the changes made in the file become highlighted, and these changes are temporary. After this change can be rejected or accepted from the sheet.
