न्यू (New - Ctrl+O)
इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग नई वर्कबुक फाइल जोड़ने के लिए किया जाता है |This option is used to add a new workbook file.
ओपन (Open - Ctrl+O)
इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग वर्कबुक फाइल खोलने के लिए किया जाताहै जो हमने पहले सेव की होती है |This option is used to open a workbook file that we saved earlier.
सेव (Save - Ctrl+S)
इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग वर्तमान वर्कशीट अथवा वर्कबुक फाइल में वर्तमान डाटा सेव करने के लिए करते है |By this option we can save the current data in the current worksheet or workbook file.
सेव एस (Save As - F12)
इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग नयी अलग वर्कबुक फाइल सेव करने के लिए करते है |This option is used to save a new separate workbook file.
प्रिंट (Print)
इसके निम्नलिखित तीन ऑप्शन मिलते है -It has the following three options -प्रिंट (Ctrl+P)
इसका प्रयोग वर्कशीट को प्रिंट करने के लिए करते है इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करते हुए आप प्रिंटर सिलेक्ट कर सकते है पेज रेंज सेट कर सकते है और कितनी कॉपी प्रिंट करनी है वो भी सेट कर सकते है |It is used to print the worksheet, using this option you can select the printer, set the page range and you can also set how many copies to print.
क्विक प्रिंट (Quick Print)
इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग पिछली बार सेट की गयी प्रिंट सेटिंग पर ही सीधे प्रिंट करने के लिए करते है |This option is used to print directly on the print settings set last.
प्रिंट प्रीव्यू (Print Preview - Ctrl+F2)
इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग कर के हम ये देख सकते है की जिस मैटर को हम प्रिंट कर रहे है वो प्रिंट होने पर कैसा दिखेगा |Using this option, we can see what the matter we are printing will look like when it is printed.
एन्क्रिप्ट डॉक्यूमेंट (प्रिपेयर) Encrypt Document (Prepare)
इस ऑप्शन से हम फाइल पर पासवर्ड लगा देते है जिसके बाद फाइल केवल उसी पासवर्ड से खुलेगी |With this option we put a password on the file, after which the presentation file will open only with the same password.
सेंड (Send)
इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग करके हम एक्सेल फाइल को इ-मेल या इंटरनेट फैक्स के द्वारा भेज सकते है |Using this option, we can send Excel files via e-mail or using Internet fax.
क्लोज (Close - Ctrl+W)
इस ऑप्शन से हम केवल वर्कबुक फाइल को ही बंद करते है प्रोग्राम खुला रहता है |With this option we only close the workbook file, the program remains open.
एग्जिट एक्सेल (Exit Excel- Alt+F4)
इस ऑप्शन से हम प्रोग्राम बंद करते है|With this option we close the program.
