Presentation Views Group
Normal
ये प्रेजेंटेशन का डिफ़ॉल्ट व्यू होता है, इसमें स्क्रीन पर एक स्लाइड हटी है जिस पर हम कार्य करते है अथवा प्रेजेंटेशन में कंटेंट जोड़ते है| स्क्रीन पर लेफ्ट साइड में एक पैनल होता है जिसे लेफ्ट पैनल कहते है जिसमे स्लाइड और आउटलाइन होता है|This is the default view of the presentation, it has a slide on the screen on which we work or add content to the presentation. There is a panel on the left side of the screen called the left panel which has a slide and an outline.
Slide Sorter
इस व्यू में प्रेजेंटेशन की सभी स्लाइड स्क्रीन पर छोटे रूप में दिखाई जाती है जिन्हे हम इच्छा अनुसार क्रम में माउस की मदद से लगा सकते है|In this view, all the slides of the presentation are shown in small form on the screen, which we can apply with the help of the mouse in the desired order.
Notes Page
इस व्यू में स्लाइड अपने नोट्स के साथ दिखाई जाती है|In this view the slide is shown with its notes.
Slide Show
इस ऑप्शन से प्रेजेंटेशन को स्लाइड शो करके फुल स्क्रीन पर चलाया जाता है|With this option, the presentation is slideshowed or run on full screen with animation effects.
Slide Master
स्लाइड मास्टर का प्रयोग प्रेजेंटेशन में एक जैसे स्लाइड लेआउट वाली सभी स्लाइड पर एक बार में किसी कंटेंट (जैसे पिक्चर) जोड़ने के लिए किया जाता है|Slide master is used in presentation to add content (such as picture) at once on all slides with the same slide layout.
Handout Master
इस ऑप्शन से हम स्लाइड प्रिंट करने के लिए इस्तेमाल होने वाले हैंडआउट पेज पर किसी कंटेंट (जैसे टेक्स्ट)को सभी हैंडआउट पर जोड़ सकते है|
With this option we can add any content (such as text) to all handouts on the handout page used to print the slide.
Notes Master
इस ऑप्शन से हम सभी नोट्स पेज पर एक बार में कोई कॉमन टेक्स्ट लिख सकते है|With this option, we can write any common text on all the notes page at once.
Show/Hide Group
Ruler
इसका प्रयोग रूलरबार को छुपाने अथवा दिखने के लिए करते है|It is used to hide or show the rulerbar.
Grid-lines
इस ऑप्शन से स्लाइड पर ग्रिडलाइन दिखाई अथवा छुपाई जाती है|With this option, gridlines are visible or hidden on the slide.
Message Bar
इस ऑप्शन से मैसेज बार दिखाया अथवा छुपाया जाता है|With this option, the message bar is shown or hidden.
Zoom Group
Zoom
इस ऑप्शन से स्लाइड की ज़ूमिंग कम अथवा ज्यादा की जाती है, स्लाइड की कम से कम ज़ूमिंग 10 % और ज्यादा से ज्यादा 400 % की जा सकती है|With this option the zooming of the slide is done more or less. And maximum zooming of the slide is 400% and minimum zooming is 10%.
Fit to Window
इस ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करते है ही स्लाइड की ज़ूमिंग ऑटोमेटिक एडजस्ट होकर स्क्रीन पर फिट होती है|Clicking on this option, the zooming of the slide automatically adjusts and fits on the screen.
Color/Grayscale Group
Color
इस ऑप्शन को एक्टिवटे रखने पर स्लाइड कलरफुल रहती है|The slide remains colorful when this option is activated.
Grayscale
इस ऑप्शन को एक्टिवटे रखने पर स्लाइड ब्लैक एंड वाइट की शेडिंग में दिखाई जाती है, लेकिन स्लाइड शो में कलरफुल ही दिखाई जाएगी|With this option activated, the slide is shown in the black and white shading, but only the color show will be shown in the slide show.
Pure Black and White
इस ऑप्शन को एक्टिवटे रखने पर स्लाइड प्योर ब्लैक एंड वाइट दिखाई जाती है, लेकिन स्लाइड शो में कलरफुल ही दिखाई जाएगी|With this option activated, the slide pure black and white is shown, but only colorful will be shown in the slide show.
Window Group
New Window
इस ऑप्शन से करंट फाइल विंडो की डुप्लीकेट विंडो बनायीं जा सकती है|With this option, duplicate windows of the current file window can be created.
Arrange All
इस ऑप्शन से पॉवरपॉइंट प्रेजेंटेशन फाइल की एक से अधिक विंडोज को एक साथ स्क्रीन क्रम में देख सकते है|With this option, you can view more than one Windows of the powerpoint presentation file simultaneously in screen order.
Switch Windows
इस ऑप्शन से हम एक फाइल विंडो से दूसरी फाइल विंडो में आसानी से आ जा सकते है|With this option, we can easily move from one file window to another file window.
Macros Group
Macro
इस ऑप्शन से प्रेजेंटेशन में किसी भी एक्टिविटी को रिकॉर्ड किया जा सकता है|With this option, any activity can be recorded in the presentation.
