Insert Tab
एम.एस. एक्सेल 2007 की इन्सर्ट टैब में वे ऑप्शन रखे गए है जिनसे वर्कशीट में कुछ-न-कुछ इन्सर्ट (Add) किया जाता है|
In the Insert tab of Excel 2007, the options are placed in which some inserts are done in the worksheet.
Tables Group
Pivot Table
इस ऑप्शन से किस नार्मल टेबल को पाइवोट टेबल में बदलने के लिए किया जाता है| इसमें हम नार्मल टेबल के फ़ील्ड्स को स्पेशल क्रम में लगा सकते है|
With this option, which normal table is used to convert into a pivot table. In this, we can put the fields of the normal table in special order.
Pivot Chart
इस ऑप्शन से हम वर्कशीट से वर्तमान टेबल के किसी कॉलम के डाटा और उसके लिए एक या एक से अधिक कॉलम से वैल्यू के लिए पाइवोट चार्ट बना सकते है|
With this option, we can create a pivot chart for the data of a column of the current table and the value from one or more columns for it from the worksheet.
Table
इस ऑप्शन से शीट में किसी नार्मल रेंज को स्पेशल टेबल फॉर्मेट में बदलने के लिए किया जाता है| और इसके साथ आने वाली डिज़ाइन टैब के ओप्तिओंस का इस्तेमाल से टेबल को मॉडिफाई कर सकते है|
This option is used to convert any normal range in the sheet into a special table format. And you can modify the table using the options of the design tab that comes with it.
Illustrations Group
Picture
इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग कम्प्यूटर सिस्टम में उपस्थित पिक्चर से पिक्चर सेलेक्ट करके वर्कशीट में जोड़ सकते है |
Using this option, you can add a picture to a worksheet by selecting a picture from a picture present in the computer system.
ClipArt
ये भी एक तरह की पिक्चर
होती है जो MS Office के साथ आती Office
Collection में आती हैं |
इन्हे भी सेलेक्ट करके फाइल में जोड़ा जा
सकता है |
This is also a type of picture that comes in the Office Collection that comes
with MS Office. These can also be selected and added to the file.
Shapes
इस ऑप्शन
तरह की आकृतियाँ मिलती है जिन्हे फाइल में जोड़ा जा सकता है और
उसके आकर और रूप को इच्छा अनुसार
बदला जा सकता है |
This option provides the different types of shapes that can be added to the
file and we can modify it easily.
Smart Art
इस ऑप्शन की मदद से
विशेष प्रकार की आकृतिया द्वारा सूचना को दर्शाया जाता है | इसमें पिरामिड, साइकिल, हैरारिकल आदि डायग्राम बनाये जा सकते है |
With the help of this option, information is displayed by special types of
shapes. Diagrams like pyramids, bicycles, herbal etc. can be made in it.
Charts Group
इस ऑप्शन की मदद से हम टेबल से किसी डाटा और उसकी वैल्यू का ग्राफ़िक चार्ट जैसे-कॉलम चार्ट , पाई चार्ट आदि तरह के चार्ट बना सकते है |
With the help of this option, we can create a chart of some data and its value from the table like a graph chart, like a column chart, pie chart, etc.
Links Group
Hyperlink (Ctrl+K)
इस ऑप्शन की मदद हम वर्कशीट की किसी सेल में किसी अन्य फाइल को लिंक कर सकते है| और उसे माउस से उसी सेल पर लिंक पर क्लिक कर के फाइल को खोल सकते है |
With the help of this option, we can link any other file in a cell of a worksheet. And by clicking the link on the same cell with the mouse, you can open the file.
Text Group
Text Box
इस ऑप्शन से फाइल
में एक तरह का बॉक्स बनाया जा सकता है जिसमें Text लिखा जा सकता है |
With this option, a box can be created in the file in which text can be
written.
Header & Footer
Header
ये पेज की ऊपरी
मार्जिन में होता है इसमें हम कोई टेक्स्ट टाइप कर सकते है जो फाइल के प्रत्येक
पेज पर जुड़ जायेगा |
It is in the top margin of the page, in this we can type any text which will be
added on every page of the file.
Footer
ये पेज की निचली मार्जिन में होता है इसमें हम कोई टेक्स्ट टाइप
कर सकते है और पेज आदि जोड़ सकते है, जो फाइल के प्रत्येक पेज पर जुड़ जायेगा |
It is in the lower margin of the page, in this we can insert any text, page
number, number of page etc., which will be added on every page of the file.
नोट (Note)- इसे पेज लेआउट व्यू अथवा प्रिंट प्रीव्यू में देख सकते है| This can be seen in the page layout view or print preview.
WordArt
ये एक तरह का ग्राफिकल
टेक्स्ट होता है जिसकी कई तरह की
स्टाइल भी मिलती है | जो प्रोजेक्ट फाइल आदि का कवर पेज बनाये में मदद करता है |
This is a kind of graphical text, which also has many styles. Which helps in
creating the cover page of the project file etc.
Object
इस ऑप्शन से हम किसी अन्य प्रोग्राम जैसे वर्ड , पॉवरपॉइंट, नोटपैड, फोटोशॉप आदि में बनायीं गयी फाइल अपनी एम.एस. एक्सेल की शीट में सीधे लाया जा सकता है अथवा उसमे जा कर कार्य भी किया जा सकता है और शीट पर लाया जा सकता है |
With this option, we create our own file in any other program like Word, Powerpoint, Notepad, Photoshop etc. Can be brought directly into the sheet of Excel or work can be done in it and it can be brought on the sheet.
Symbol
इस ऑप्शन की मदद से विभिन्न प्रकार की चिन्ह वर्कशीट की सेल में जोड़े जा सकते है |
With the help of this option, different types of symbols can be added to the cells of the worksheet.
