Page Layout Tab 

एम एस एक्सेल की पेज लेआउट टैब में वे ऑप्शन आते है जिनसे पेज से सम्बंधित कार्य किया जाता है |

In the page layout tab of MS Excel's options, we can set or modify setting related to page.

Themes Group 

Themes 

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग शीट की थीम बदलने के लिए किया जाता है|

This option is used to change the theme of the sheet.

Colors 

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग थीम का रंग बदलने के लिए किया जाता है |
This option is used to change the color of the theme.

Fonts 

इस ऑप्शन का थीम का फॉण्ट बदलने के लिए किया जाता है |
This option is used to change the font of the theme.

Effects 

इस ऑप्शन से स्मार्ट आर्ट ऑप्शन के द्वारा बनायीं की ग्राफ़िक की थीम बदलने के लिए करते है |
Effect Option is used to change the theme of the graphic created Smart Art by the option from Insert Tab.

Page Setup Group 

Margins

मार्जिन पेज के किनारे पर छोड़ने वाले जगह होती है | इस ऑप्शन के द्वारा पेज के चारो ओर की मार्जिन घटाई या बढ़ाई जाती है | इसे प्रिंट प्रीव्यू में अथवा Page layout view में देख सकते है|

Margins are the leaving spaces on the side of the page. Through this option, the margins around the page are reduced or increased. You can see it in print preview or page layout view.

Orientation 

इस ऑप्शन से पेज का ओरिएंटेशन बदला जाता है, ये दो  तरह के होते है - पोर्ट्रेट और लैंडस्केप |
With this option, the orientation of the page is changed, there are two types - Portrait and Landscape.

Size 

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग पेज का साइज बदलने के लिए किया जाता है, जैसे - A4, A3, Letter etc.
This option is used to change the page size, such as - A4, A3, Letter etc.

Print Area 

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से हम शीट से किसी रेंज को सेलेक्ट करके प्रिंट के लिए सेट कर देते है जिससे उतनी ही रेंज प्रिंट होगी|

With the help of this option, we select a range from the sheet and set it to print, which will print the same range.

Break 

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से सीट को उस पोजीशन से पेज ब्रेक कर सकते है जहा सेल एक्टिव होती है|

With the help of this option, you can break the page from the position where the cell is active.

Background 

इस ऑप्शन से हम शीट के बैकग्राउंड पर पिक्चर सेट कर सकते है|

With this option we can set the picture on the background of the sheet.

Scale to Fit  Group

Scale 

इस ऑप्शन से हम पेज में शीट के कॉलम और रौ की रेंज की स्केल सेट करते है | जिससे एक पेज में प्रिंट होने वाली शीट रेंज को काम या ज्यादा किया जाता है|

With this option we set the scale of the column and row range of the sheet in the page. By which the sheet range printed in a page is worked or increased.

Sheet Options 

Grid lines

इस  ग्रुप में ग्रिडलाइन के लिए दो चेकबॉक्स मिलते है जिनपर चेक और अनचेक करने से हम ग्रिड लाइन को शीट में अथवा प्रिंट में छुपा अथवा दिखा करते है| 

In this group, there are two checkbox for grid lines, by checking and unchecking, we hide or show the grid line in sheet or in print.

Headings 

इस  ग्रुप में हेडिंग्स के लिए दो चेकबॉक्स मिलते है जिनपर चेक और अनचेक करने से हम हैडिंगस को शीट में अथवा प्रिंट में छुपा अथवा दिखा करते है| 

In this group, there are two checkbox for the headings on which by checking and unchecking we hide or show the headings in the sheet or in print.

Arrange Group

Bring to Front 

इस ऑप्शन से किसी पिक्चर या शेप को दूसरी  पिक्चर या शेप के आगे लाया जाता है |
With this option, a picture or shape is bring to front of another picture or shape.

Send to Back 

इस ऑप्शन से किसी पिक्चर या शेप को दूसरी  पिक्चर या शेप के पीछे भेजा जाता है |
With this option, a selected picture or shape is sent behind another picture or shape.

Selection Pane 

इस ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करने से स्क्रीन पर राइट साइड में पेन ओपन होता है जिसमे पिक्चर, शेप, ऑब्जेक्ट आदि के नाम की लिस्ट आती है जिनसे पर टिक करके हम  पिक्चर, शेप, ऑब्जेक्ट आदि को सेलेक्ट कर सकते है और उन्हें छुपता अथवा दिखा सकते है| 

Clicking on this option the pene on the right side of the screen will open, In which a list of the name of the picture, shape, object, etc. comes. By which we can select the picture, shape, object etc. by ticking and hide or show them.

Align 

इस ऑप्शन से किसी पिक्चर या शेप एलाइनमेंट बदलने के लिए करते है | 
To change a picture or shape alignment.

Group 

इस ऑप्शन से हम दो या दो से अधिक सेलेक्ट की गयी पिक्चर या शपेस का ग्रुप बना सकते है | 
With this option we can create group two or more selected pictures or shapes.

Rotate

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल पिक्चर या शेप को घुमाने के लिए किया जाता है | 
This option is used to rotate the picture or shape.
