Function Library Group

Insert Functions 

 इस ऑप्शन की मदद से हम वर्तमान सेल के फंक्शन(फार्मूला) को एडिट कर सकते है और नई सेल सेल में नए फंक्शन को लगा सकते है| इसके अलावा की फंक्शन से सम्बंधित ऑफलाइन हेल्प ले सकते है|

With the help of this option, we can edit the function (formula) of the current cell and insert the new function in the new cell. Apart from this, you can take offline help related to the function.

Auto Sum

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से शीट में किसी ऐसी रेंज को आटोमेटिक जोड़ सकते है जिसमे नंबर डाटा लिखा हो| 

With the help of this option, you can automatically add a range in the sheet in which the number data is written.

Recently Used 

इस ऑप्शन में वे फंक्शन्स मिलते है जिनका इस्तेमाल हाल ही में किया गया हो| 

In this option, functions are found which have been used recently.

Financial 

इस ऑप्शन में फाइनेंसियल फंक्शन्स मिलते है| जैसे - PMT, PV, FVआदि|

Financial options are available in this option. Like - PMT, PV, FV etc.

Logical 

इस ऑप्शन में लॉजिकल फंक्शन्स मिलते है| जैसे - AND, OR, NOT, if आदि|

Logical functions are available in this option. Like - AND, OR, NOT, if etc.

Text

 इस ऑप्शन में टेक्स्ट से सम्बंधित फंक्शन्स मिलते है| जैसे - Lower, Upper, Proper, Len आदि|

In this option, functions related to text are found. Like - Lower, Upper, Proper, Len etc.

Date & Time 

इस ऑप्शन में डेट और टाइम से सम्बंधित फंक्शन्स मिलते है| जैसे - Date, Datevalue, Days360 , Today, now आदि| 

In this option, functions related to date and time are available. Like - Date, Datevalue, Days360 , Today, now etc.

Lookup & Reference 

 इस ऑप्शन की मदद से हम लुकअप और रिफरेन्स से सम्बंधित फंक्शन शीट में इस्तेमाल कर सकते है| जैसे- hlookup, vlookup आदि|

With the help of this option, we can use the function in sheet related to lookup and reference. Such as hlookup, vlookup etc.

Math & Trig 

इस ऑप्शन में मैथ और ट्रिग्नोमेट्री से सम्बंधित फॉर्मूले मिलते है|  जैसे- Round, Fact, Sqrt, GCD, LCM आदि|

In this option, formulas related to Math and Trigonometry are available. Ex- Round, Fact, Sqrt, GCD, LCM etc.

More Functions 

इस ऑप्शन में स्टैटिकल, इंजीनियरिंग, क्यूब और इनफार्मेशन से सम्बंधित फंक्शन मिलते है|  जैसे- Average, Count, Max, Min आदि|

In this option, functions related to static, engineering, cube and information are available. Like- Average, Count, Max, Min etc.

Defined Name Group 

Define Name 

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग किस रेंज को सेलेक्ट करने के बाद उसे कोई नाम देने के लिए करते है जिसके बाद उस रेंज को फार्मूला में केवल उसी नाम से इस्तेमाल किया जाता सकता है| जैसे - A1:B20 to "salary".

Use in Formula 

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग डिफाइन किये गए रेंज के नाम को फॉर्मूले के रूप में इस्तेमाल करने के लिए किया जाता है| 

This option is used to use the defined range name as a formula.

Name Manager 

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से डिफाइन किये गए नाम को एडिट अथवा डिलीट कर सकते है| 

With the help of this option, you can edit or delete the defined name.

Formula Auditing Group 

Trace Precedents 

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग करने से पहले हम ऐसी सेल सेलेक्ट करते है जिसमे एक फार्मूला लगा हो और उसमे अन्य सेल का रिफरेन्स भी दिया गया हो| इस बाद इस ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करने से सेलेक्ट सेल पर एरो दिखाए जाते है जो ये बताते है की सेल का सम्बन्ध और किन सेल्स से है|

Before using this option, we select a cell which has a formula in it and also has a reference to other cells. After this click on this option, arrows are shown on the select cell, which tells that the cell is related to which cells.

Trace Dependents 

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग करने से पहले एक ऐसी सेल सेलेक्ट करते है जिसमे कोई डाटा लिखा हो| फिर इस ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करने पर एरो दिखाए जाते है यदि उस सेल का रिफरेन्स किस अन्य सेल में किया गया हो तो| 

Before using this option, select a cell in which any data is written. Then clicking on this option, arrows are shown if the reference to that cell is done in which other cell.

Remove Arrows 

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से एरो को शीट से हटाया जाता है| 

With this option, the arrow is removed from the sheet.

Show Formulas 

इस ऑप्शन को एक्टिव करने से शीट में लगाए गए सभी फॉर्मूले दिखाए जा सकते है| 

By activating this option, all the formulas applied in the sheet can be shown.

Error Checking 

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से शीट में गलतियों का पता लगाया जा सकता है| 

With the help of this option, mistakes in the sheet can be detected.

1. ###### Error
2. Name Error ( #NAME? )
3. Value Error ( #VALUE! )
4. Division Error ( #DIV )
   
5. Null Error ( #NULL! )
6. Reference Error ( #REF! )

 

Evaluate Formula 

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से ये किसी फॉर्मूले के बारे ये देखते है कि फार्मूला किस लॉजिक से कैलकुलेशन कर रहा है अथवा किन स्टेप्स में रिजल्ट जनरते कर रहा है| 

With the help of this option, they see about any formula, from which logic the formula is calculating or in which steps the results are generated.

Watch Window

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से हम किसी रेंज अथवा सेल को इसी ऑप्शन में लिंक कर लेते है और इसी ऑप्शन की मदद से उस रेंज अथवा सेल पर सीधे इस पहुंच सकते है| 

With the help of this option, we link a range or cell to this option and with the help of this option, we can directly access this range or cell.

Calculation Group 

Calculation Options 

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से हम कैलकुलेशन को आटोमेटिक अथवा मैन्युअल रख सकते है|  

With the help of this option, we can keep the calculation automatic or manual.

Calculate Now 

जब कैलकुलेशन मैन्युअल होती है तब इस ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करने पर ही कैलकुलेशन अपडेट होती है| 

When the calculation is manual, the calculation is updated only after clicking this option.

Calculate Sheet

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से कम्पलीट शीट की कॅल्क्युलेशन्स एक साथ अपडेट की जा सकती है| 

With the help of this option the calculations of complete sheet can be updated simultaneously.
